Broseley C of E Primary School is part of the Diocese of Hereford. Broseley C of E Primary School is a truly special place where all children are valued and helped to achieve their personal best. Pupils are supported in becoming confident and independent young people, who thrive on challenge, and are motivated to learn. All schools have their own distinctive ‘feel’ which makes each one unique. We believe that the ‘special feel’ at Broseley comes from our caring, supportive and friendly community. We have very close links to the church and promote the values of responsibility, honesty, love, and forgiveness. The church gives a significant amount of support to the school and constantly helps us to improve our social, moral, and spiritual learning. Staff, supported by governors, work hard to deliver a rich and challenging curriculum; to prepare children for future education; and to help them acquire the skills and enthusiasm needed to embrace the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life. This excellent start begins in the Early Years and continues through the school with staff providing a happy, supportive and purposeful environment, and a curriculum that excites and stimulates children’s imaginations and creative thinking. The curriculum aims to grow global citizens and our subject planning ensures that our children are equipped with essential knowledge and skills to achieve highly. Frequent trips and visits, community activities and a wide range of after-school clubs further add to the opportunities available to children. Our pupils are well nurtured and inspired to do their personal best. The School offers wraparound care. Breakfast Club runs from 7:45am to 8:30am each morning. Children attending the club receive a healthy breakfast and take part in some fun morning activities. The cost of attending Breakfast Club is heavily subsided by school which keeps the cost low at £2.50 per day.Broseley C of E Primary School offers an After School Club Provision. The aim is that children are happy and have fun, enjoying a wide range of interesting, practical activities so that they continue to learn and enjoy the company of their friends when school has finished.
