Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do is run by a local Bridgnorth family. The Principal Instructor, Gary Plant, has practised Tae Kwon-Do for over a decade and has achieved 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Degree Black Belts, along with an Instructor’s Certificate. Lessons take place at Castlefields School, on Mondays and Thursdays from 7pm until 8pm.
