Stiperstones Brass is a small community brass band made up of players aged from 8 to almost 80, who perform at local events and fetes. Band practice takes place at Snailbeach Village Hall each Monday during term time (except for Bank Holidays) from 7.50pm until 9.30pm, and new experienced brass players are always most welcome to join. Stiperstones Brass also have a training band, for beginners and would-be players of any age and experience, as well as anyone wishing to warm up thoroughly, which meets between 7pm and 7.45pm, with instruments available to loan.
