Singing for the Brain brings people together in a friendly, fun and social environment. Based around the principles of music therapy, the stimulating sessions include vocal warm-ups and singing a wide variety of familiar and new songs. Weekly sessions take place at Bicton Heath Community Centre each Wednesday afternoon from 2pm to 3.30pm, in 10 session blocks. There is a small charge of £2.50 per person, per session, and spaces must be booked in advance.
