Future Family Fitness run weekly Strength, Balance & Flex classes in Knighton. The classes take place at Knighton Community Centre, every Friday, from 10.30am to 11.20am. These are gentler paced sessions, welcoming both ladies and gentlemen in the age ranges 50s, 60s, and 70s+. Sessions cost £7 on a pay as go basis or £6 per class for block bookings.
