LOOK UK is a small national charity providing support for visually impaired (VI) children and their families. Look offers a mentoring programme, for young VI people, where the young person will be matched with an older VI person, in order to share experiences and for the young person to find support, advice and guidance. The programme aims to help young VI people to not feel so alone and to have somebody to talk to who understands. Look also offers a parent support group that meets fortnightly, covering a range of topics for parents of VI children, and there is also a youth group and a music group. All of these meetings are currently held on zoom, with Look hoping to start face to face events again in 2022.
