Ange Yoga offers pregnancy and postpartum, yin and yang yoga practice in a relaxed environment, promoting flexibility, joint mobility and balance, as well as mental well-being. Pregnancy Yoga sessions are offered at Jenna Blair Yoga & Wellbeing Centre, each Sunday evening, from 6pm to 7.15pm, with block booking or drop-in available, and are suitable from week 12 of pregnancy. These classes offer a nurturing space in which you can connect deeply with your body and baby. They also provide an opportunity to meet a community of other mums-to-be in Shrewsbury. Each class includes: Gentle yoga designed to build strength and ease some of the discomfort that can sometimes come with pregnancy; A variety of breathing and visualisation techniques that can be used during pregnancy, birth and beyond; An opportunity to share your experiences with other mums in a safe and supportive space; and Plenty of time for deep rest and relaxation.
