Shropshire Parent Carer Council (PACC) supports and empowers Shropshire parents and carers of children with a disability or additional need, to enable them to be actively involved in the design and delivery of the services that they use, through the sharing of their experience and knowledge of their family’s needs. A place for Shropshire parent carers to discuss the Preparation For Adulthood (14-25yrs) and how the transition between the children and adult system could be improved, both locally and nationally. Members are asked be constructive in their comments and not make inappropriate references to individuals. It is important that members show respect and value the experience and comments of other members. The site is administered by PACC, who retain the right to remove any posts that they feel are in breach of these principles.
