The Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT) is a UK-wide charity working to support families with a child with an acquired brain injury (ABI) this includes children who have had an accident causing traumatic brain injury, or an illness such as meningitis, encephalitis, brain tumour or stroke, ( but not birth injuries).
