At the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre they pride themselves on their exceptional education and training provision, inviting young people of all ages and abilities to have fun and enjoy hands-on learning experiences. Unique to their site is an extraordinary grass-roofed visitor centre, Secret Hills exhibition, shop, cafe and 35 acres of meadows to explore including an adapted cycle track, River Onny, Forest School site, play areas, sculptures, young woodland and ponds teaming with wildlife. There are on-site sessions for SEN groups of all ages, providing an experienced and friendly leader for the day and all materials. During school holidays, there are Family Fun workshops, art & crafts, history, science are popular themes. Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre have an events programme jam packed with fun for all the family.
