Body Matters offers Yoga and Pilates classes and weekend workshops throughout Shropshire which are suitable for beginners. The Much Wenlock classes take place at Priory Hall on Wednesdays from 9.30am to 10.30am. Jill’s classes are balanced and fun. Each class is structured to involve some fitness elements, stretching and relaxation. In addition to her group sessions she provides private 1:1 Yoga and Pilates instruction and deep tissue massage.
