Founded in 1980, Clwyd Family History Society encourages the study of genealogy and family history in North-East Wales and has a membership of more than 1400 worldwide. It runs a spacious research centre. The facilities are available to members only but non-members can join the Society ‘at the door’. The Centre’s opening hours are: Tuesdays 10am to 6pm Thursdays 10am to 4pm Saturdays 10am to 2pm The Society’s journal is published four times a year.
