Chelmarsh Crown Green Bowling Club meets at Chelmarsh Sports and Social Club. The green is generally open from the end of March until the middle of October, and members can practice at any time. The Chelmarsh Crown Green Bowling Club enters into several leagues during the crown green season, which runs from the beginning of April until the end of September, and there are various matches during the week. Bowlers of all abilities are welcome, and it is usually possible to find someone to practice with during weekdays, or arrangements can be made for new members to have some help or tuition if they would like.
