Chelmarsh Crown Green Bowling Club is a friendly club which has teams playing in several leagues during the crown green season, which runs from the beginning of April until the end of September, and there are various matches during the week. Club members play at Chelmarsh Sports and Social Club green, which is generally open from the end of March until the middle of October, and members are able to practice at any time. Bowlers of all abilities are most welcome, and it is usually possible to find someone to practice with during weekdays, or arrangements can be made for new members to have some help or tuition if they would like.
