Oswestry Ramblers are a friendly group of walkers, enjoying regular walks on Thursdays and Sundays. The walks vary in length and so cater for people new to walking, as well as more experienced walkers. They have an active social programme, which includes short walking holidays, day trips (eg to coast), and new members are always welcome. A small group of members are also involved in helping maintain paths in two Oswestry Parishes as part of the Shropshire Council Parish Paths Partnership network of volunteers. Full training and insurance cover is provided by Shropshire Council and any out of pocket expenses are covered.
