ECHO is a local charity and service provider for adults living with disabilities in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties. They work mainly with people with moderate or severe learning difficulties, and also support people with mental health needs, or who have physical or sensory impairments. The charity runs 26 different activities each week in community settings across Herefordshire.
