The Burwarton and District Agricultural Society supports the promotion of agriculture and horticulture through the annual Burwarton Show, which aims to demonstrate and entertain people with all aspects of farming, cultivation and management of land and allied trades, and also to encourage better understanding between town and country through animal displays at the Show. Membership of the Society is an expression of interest in, and support of, the aims and objects of Burwarton & District Agricultural Society and includes the right to attend, take part in and vote at the Annual General Meeting. Burwarton Show is held annually on the first Thursday in August.
