We are a small school with an overall caring Christian Ethos. We Strive together to reach the highest, both academically and socially. We cater for children from 3 – 11 and deliver an exciting curriculum, enhanced by visits and visitors. We are committed to working in partnership with families and together we work to develop the full potential of every child in all aspects of their school lives. We regard ourselves as a big family where everyone knows, and looks after, each other. Dormouse class is our Nursery and reception class. We offer morning or afternoon sessions for Nursery or both and full time school places for Reception. We have a self contained room with our own toilet area and access to our outside area. We pride ourselves on being the foundation stage for learning in school. We all join school for daily worship and we enjoy sitting with our Year 6 buddies for lunchtime and playtime. We have weekly time in the Woodland area and regularly learn in the outside environment of the hill. Children are asked to bring waterproof and warm clothing along with hats scarves and gloves for these sessions. This year, sessions will take place on Thursday afternoon. We ask that children come in their PE clothes on Mondays and Fridays. We offer a breakfast club from 7.45am where children can enjoy quiet activities and a time to chat as well cereals, toast and juice. We also offer after school clubs until 6pm. Since then the school converted to an Academy. There is currently no OFSTED report for us as an academy.
