Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin offer dementia-friendly social groups for people aged 60 years and over to meet up, enjoy some light refreshment and make new friends. The Much Wenlock Friendship Group meets at Pinefields Close Community Room, usually on the last Tuesday of each month, from 10.30am to 12.30pm, but meeting dates can change, so please check with Wellbeing Wervices for details of the next meeting. There is no charge to attend, but a donation of £2 per session to cover costs would be most welcome, and advance booking is essential.
