Let’s Talk about Dementia sessions bring together those who care for someone with a recent diagnosis of dementia to talk, ask questions and gain helpful tips and information about dementia. The sessions run for three weeks, with the aim that ongoing peer support will develop going forwards. Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Link Workers deliver Let’s Talk about Dementia in different locations across primary care networks during the year. For information on the next planned sessions, or to register your interest, please contact Alzheimer’s Society using the Shropshire contact details provided (leave an answerphone message if there is no answer).
