Shropshire Peer Counselling and Advocacy Service (PCAS) provide a community based independent advocacy service for people with any disability, over the age of 18, in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.Their aim is to enable disabled people to maintain personal independence, and they accomplish this using paid advocates, who provide information and support to people with a range of disabilities to help them make informed choices. PCAS also aim to promote social inclusion, equality and social justice for all, irrespective of sexual orientation or ethnicity.
