Border Counties School of Gymnastics offers classes in gymnastics, trampolining, dance and cheerleading. They have classes for all, from babies to adults and all ages in-between, which range from one hour per week recreational classes, Home Ed classes, 2 hour improver sessions, boys classes, up to 7 hours a week Squad classes. The club offers a fun and friendly place to learn to love and take part in gymnastics, with all coaches qualified and approved by British Gymnastics. Recreational classes for children aged 4.5 years+ are available at their facility in Oswestry 7 days a week, and at the Lakelands Academy Sports Centre in Ellesmere each Friday evening (please contact their reception directly for enquiries on 01691 622543). Pre-school gymnastics sessions for children aged between 16 months and 4.5 years are also available in Oswestry each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus at Llansantffraid Village Hall each Tuesday, and at Ellesmere Town Hall each Thursday. They also offer Holiday Gym sessions during Shropshire school holidays, Gym4Free monthly sessions, SEN sessions and a monthly family fitness class for both members and non-members.
