Body Matters offers Yoga and Pilates classes and weekend workshops throughout Shropshire which are suitable for beginners. Jill’s classes are balanced and fun, with each class structured to involve some fitness elements, stretching and relaxation. These classes take place at Rushbury Village Hall once a month on a Sunday morning, from 10am to 12noon.
