Shropshire Parent Carer Council (PACC) supports and empowers Shropshire parents and carers of children with a disability or additional need, to enable them to be actively involved in the design and delivery of the services that they use, through the sharing of their experience and knowledge of their family’s needs. The Early Years 0-6 Group is a closed community group for Parent Carers and Family Carers of children and young people with SEND aged 0-6, facilitated and moderated by PACC volunteers and staff who are also Parent carers. This group has been set up to support families within the school community to connect with one another, provide signposting to appropriate information, and to better understand the SEND community needs. Members are asked be constructive in their comments and not make inappropriate references to individuals. It is important that members show respect and value the experience and comments of other members. The site is administered by PACC, who retain the right to remove any posts that they feel are in breach of these principles.
