Bliss, the special care baby charity, provides vital support and care to premature and sick babies across the UK. They offer guidance and information at a critical time in families’ lives. They also fund ground-breaking research and campaign for babies to receive the best possible level of care regardless of when and where they are born. Through their network of dedicated volunteers they provide support via email and video calls, meaning families have access to practical advice and a listening ear when they need it the most. The email support service is there to help parents and families of premature and sick babies. Their trained staff are there to listen to your concerns and help you find the information you need. You can also have a 30 minute one to one video call conversation with a Bliss volunteer providing an opportunity for you to ask questions, share your experience or just to talk to someone who understands some of what you might be going through.
