We are a home based setting in a rural location with a large, safe, well equipped outdoor area where children can, play, thrive and learn. I have 38 years experience and have an Outstanding Ofsted. My qualifications include Early Years Teacher status and BA(hons) Early Years with several more formal childcare qualifications. I work with an assistant who has relevant Level 3 qualifications. We both attend numerous training courses to keep up to date with relevant legislation and information. We offer our own approach to the curriculum based particularly around communication and language and promoting a positive learning disposition. We are part of the Shropshire Preferred Providers and local members of PATOSS (professional association of teachers of students with specific learning difficulties) which helps us further support children in our care.
