A Family run Tae Kwon Do club based in Bridgnorth. Excalibur offers Martial Arts and Tae Kwon-Do classes (and much more!) in a friendly and non-judgemental environment. They aim to help you become fitter, increase confidence, improve co-ordination and learn self defence skills. Exercise has been proven to benefit both your physical and mental health, through both physical activity and the supportive environment of like-minded people. Excalibur classes include an introductory course to martial arts for children aged 4 to 9 years, called Junior Dragons, classes for older children, teens and adults from complete beginner to the experienced.
