Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK. In Shropshire there are lots of active units running across the county with over 2500 members: Rainbows: 4 to 7 years, work on a programme based on look, learn, laugh and love. Brownies: 7 to 10 years, explore the areas of you, community and world. Guides: 10 to 14 years, work in patrols on topics that interest them. Rangers 14 – 18 years There are also a number of roles for adult volunteers. These are all supported by our adult volunteers who undertake many different roles.
