For help and support locally, contact the Shropshire, Wales and the Marches Branch of the Urostomy Association, which covers the English – Welsh Borders and all of Wales. The branch meets at Bicton Village Hall, three times each year, usually between 1.30pm and 4.30pm, but support and information is always available from the Branch Secretary, so don’t be alone.
